About Us

Daniel E. Allen, attorney at law, graduated with a JD (Doctor of Jurisprudence) degree from University of San Francisco School of Law and received his LL.M (Master of Tax Law) at Golden Gate University. After working for accounting firms in the Bay Area, refining his tax and accounting skills, Daniel relocated to the Sacramento area to work for a large tax law firm in Sacramento. He gained extensive experience in probate and estate planning, as well as other areas of law.

Desiring a more personal relationship with his clients, coupled with the growing population of Sacramento, Daniel decided to open his own law practice in Elk Grove, California. In addition to running his law firm, Daniel teaches estate planning classes and conducts monthly seminars for individuals and groups interested in getting their estates "in order."

Daniel resides in Elk Grove with his wife and five children.
